Alabama Drone Pros — Pilot Network
The Alabama Drone Pros Pilot Network is a nationwide marketplace connecting FAA Part 107 certified pilots with clients who need professional drone work — in their own backyard, in every state. We're building it right now, and we want verified pilots in every market before we open the mission board to the public.
Early pilots lock in $49/year — that rate is guaranteed for life as long as your membership stays active.

Built by Pilots, for Pilots
You bought the drone. You paid for the batteries. You put fuel in your truck, drove to the job site, flew the mission, and delivered the work — then got paid $125 while the client was billed $700 or more. Pilots deserve transparency. That's why we're building the Alabama Drone Pros Nationwide Pilot Network differently.
Know your payout upfront.
We set the mission payout, and you see exactly what you'll earn before deciding whether to accept the job.
Keep 85% of the mission payment.
Alabama Drone Pros retains 15% for administration, network upkeep, and marketing. That's it.
Have a voice in mission pricing.
We ask our pilots for input on what missions should pay. Your experience, equipment, and expertise matter — pilot feedback informs our pricing decisions.
No bidding wars.
You don't compete against other pilots by undercutting prices. We establish the payout, you review it, and you decide whether the job makes sense for you.
Affordable annual registration.
First pilot in your state locks in $49/year for life. Additional pilots in the same state join at $79/year.
We're not promising overnight riches or guaranteed missions. We're working to build something better: a network based on transparency, fair compensation, and respect for the pilots who make the work possible.
Do you believe drone pilots should have a voice in mission pricing and more transparency about what their work is worth?
The Vision
Alabama Drone Pros started as a local drone services company in Alabama. We built a reputation flying real jobs — thermal inspections, cell tower surveys, deer recovery, construction monitoring — and we learned something fast: clients everywhere need qualified drone pilots, and pilots everywhere struggle to find consistent paid work.
The problem isn't demand. The problem is connection. A property manager in Ohio needs a roof inspection. A real estate agent in Nevada needs aerial photography. A construction company in Texas needs weekly progress shots. These clients exist right now. They just can't find a vetted, insured, Part 107 pilot they can trust.
That's the gap we're closing. The Alabama Drone Pros Pilot Network is a mission-based marketplace — not a gig app, not a race to the bottom on price. Pricing is set by Alabama Drone Pros. You see your exact payout before you accept. You choose your missions. You fly in your own service area. We handle the client acquisition, payment processing, and escrow so you never chase an invoice again.
We're building this in phases, and we're being transparent about exactly where we are. Phases 1 and 2 are live, Phase 3 is in active development. Pilots who join now get the lowest rate we'll ever offer and first access to missions the moment they go live.
Platform Roadmap
We're not hiding the fact that this platform is being built. We're proud of it. Here's exactly what's live and what's coming next.

Coming SoonThe Process
Client Posts a Mission
A client submits a mission request with location, type, timeline, and budget. It goes live on the open mission board immediately — visible to every verified pilot in the service area.
Pilots Review & Accept
Verified pilots review the mission details, including the posted price and their payout, before deciding whether to accept. Pricing is set by Alabama Drone Pros — pilots see exactly what they earn before committing.
Client Selects & Funds
The client reviews pilot profiles and selects the best fit for their mission. Funds are held in escrow until deliverables are approved — protecting both sides.
Pilot Flies & Delivers
The assigned pilot completes the mission and uploads deliverables through the pilot dashboard. Photos, video, maps, reports — whatever the mission requires.
Client Approves & Pilot Gets Paid
The client reviews and approves the deliverables. Payment is released to the pilot within 48 hours, minus the 15% platform fee. No chasing invoices. No waiting 30 days.
For Pilots
You passed your Part 107. You bought your gear. You're ready to fly commercially. The hardest part shouldn't be finding clients — that's our job.
Work in Your Own Backyard
Missions are matched to your service radius. You decide how far you fly — we bring the clients to you.
Zero Lead Generation
We handle client acquisition, vetting, and payment processing. You focus on flying and delivering great work.
Transparent Pricing
Mission prices are set by Alabama Drone Pros. You see the full mission price and your exact payout (after the 15% platform fee) before you accept — no surprises, no guessing.
Verified Credentials on Your Profile
Your Part 107 number, insurance, and specialties are displayed on your public profile. Clients see your credentials before they pick you.
Fast, Reliable Payouts
Earnings are released within 48 hours of client approval via direct deposit. No net-30 invoicing, no chasing payments.
Diverse Mission Types
Aerial photography, thermal inspections, mapping, construction monitoring, cell tower inspections, virtual tours, wildlife surveys, and more.
Nationwide Reach
We're actively recruiting verified, FAA Part 107 certified pilots across all 50 states. Some states are large — travel is expensive and clients expect local coverage — so we accept multiple pilots per state based on geography and service radius. Early pilots get first-mover advantage in their area: when a client near you posts a mission, you're first in line.

How the Money Works
We believe pilots deserve to know exactly what they'll earn before they accept a mission. Here's how every dollar flows — from client payment to your payout.
First Pilot Per State
$49/year
Locked for life
The first verified pilot to join in any given state locks in $49/year for life — as long as their membership stays active, that rate never increases, regardless of what we charge future pilots. This is the lowest membership rate we will ever offer.
What it covers: Credential verification, profile listing, and full access to every open mission in your service area.
When you pay it: Your application is free to submit. The $49 fee is only collected after your credentials are verified and your account is approved. You don't pay to apply.
Additional Pilots Per State
$79/year
Subject to change
Once the first pilot slot in a state is filled, subsequent pilots in that state join at $79/year. This rate is not locked — future pricing for additional pilots per state is subject to increase as the network grows and demand increases.
Why the difference: The $49 rate is a founding-pilot reward for early movers who helped build the network. The $79 rate reflects the market value of access to an established, active mission pipeline in your state.
Still a great deal: One accepted mission typically covers your annual membership fee. The $79 rate includes the same credential verification, profile listing, and full mission access as the founding rate.
Platform Fee
15%
of mission price
Alabama Drone Pros sets the price for every mission based on the mission type, location, scope, and local market rates. When you accept a mission, you see the full mission price and your exact payout — before you commit to anything.
How it's calculated: Your payout = mission price minus 15%. If a mission is priced at $500, you receive $425. The 15% covers client acquisition, payment processing, escrow, platform maintenance, and dispute resolution.
Pricing varies by location: Mission prices are set based on your state, city, and local market — a roof inspection in Manhattan is priced differently than one in rural Alabama. You always see the exact number before accepting.
When you get paid: Payout is released within 48 hours of client approval via your chosen method (Venmo or Cash App). No net-30 invoicing, no chasing payments.
Client Mission Fee
Free
to post
Clients post missions at no charge. They receive a custom-quoted price based on their location, mission type, and scope. Payment is only collected when a pilot is selected and the mission is confirmed.
Escrow protection: Client funds are held in escrow until deliverables are reviewed and approved — protecting both the client and the pilot.
Get In Early
We're building the network pilot by pilot, market by market. Large states need multiple pilots — we match missions to the closest verified pilot in the service area. The pilots who join now shape how this platform grows and lock in $49/year for life. Apply, get vetted, and be ready when missions go live near you.
