The Repair Process
Submit Request
Book online or call us. Tell us your model and what's wrong — we'll arrange drop-off or mail-in. Once submitted, you'll receive a job number and can log in to your Customer Portal at any time to view your repair status and make payments. The diagnostic fee ($79.99–$149.99) must be paid in full before diagnostics begin.
Diagnostic Assessment
We inspect your drone and run diagnostic software to assess the damage. Please note: our diagnostic software does not test every internal component, so the initial estimate is exactly that — an estimate. Once the repair is approved and the drone is opened, additional issues may be discovered that could affect the final cost.
OEM Repair
Once approved, we repair using only genuine DJI parts. You're updated throughout the process.
Test & Return
Every repair is flight-tested before return. We won't hand it back until it's mission-ready.

Do you use genuine DJI OEM parts?
Yes — we only use genuine DJI OEM replacement parts to ensure your drone performs exactly as it did from the factory. We never use third-party knock-offs that can compromise flight safety.
How long does a typical repair take?
Our diagnostic software does not test every internal component, so the initial estimate may change once the drone is opened and fully inspected. Diagnostics are completed within 3–5 business days after we receive your drone. Once the repair is approved, please allow 4–6 weeks for completion due to current workload and parts availability. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.
